Hi, I’m so happy you’re here..

I’m Kenzie—artist and owner of Fresh Cosmetic Studio. I always wanted to be in an industry where I could work with people while creating art. I started in the beauty industry as a professional make up artist in both glam & special effects make up. Although that feels like a lifetime ago, I still use the skills that I learned from those experiences today.

Being a fan of tattoos—the idea of blending both make up with tattoos as a career seemed like a dream. I’m honored to say I’ve been able to help people feel more confident with my cosmetic tattoo art for 10 years (so grateful!)

Aside from being a business owner, mom and wife, I’m also from south Louisiana—so New Orleans is home. Fun fact: My husband and I opened Magnolia Tattoo Studio in 2020 in New Orleans but after a year we decided to move back to my husband’s hometown—Austin. That’s when the concept of Fresh Cosmetic Studio came to fruition. The idea was to create a safe space where you feel seen, heard, and at home.
